Thomas Valente, Secretary of Homeland Security. Lied to the American People and has knowledge pertaining to the September attacks. Was pulled out of the Federal Building in Cheyenne. Dead.

 President Tomarchio. Abuse of power, and Liar to the American People. Prefered to be brought to Justice alive. He unlawfully took control of the government, and changed the Constitution, a reason for treason, and is believed to have knowledge of the truth behind the September attacks. 

 John Smith. Not much is known at this point, but what we do know is he is very dangerous, and needs to be dealt with.
